The Kastro Tireli Winery, located in Akhisar, Turkey, is the first winery designed and built by Focus Wine Cellars. This eco-conscious winery integrates sustainable practices using simple yet effective methods, such as passive ventilation in the fermentation hall and repurposing locally excavated rocks as building stones. These ecological principles make the winery a pioneering structure in its region, attracting wine tourism and setting a benchmark for sustainable winery design.
